Add the SCG Bot Services chatbot widget to your website in minutes. Below you'll find platform-specific instructions for 26+ website builders and CMS platforms.

Your Embed Snippet

Copy this snippet and paste it into your website. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your actual API key from the Developer Dashboard.

The widget will appear as a floating chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your website.

WordPress

  1. 1Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. 2Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor (or use a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers).
  3. 3Open the footer.php file (or the plugin's footer section).
  4. 4Paste the embed snippet just before the closing </body> tag.
  5. 5Click Update File / Save. The widget will appear on every page.

Shopify

  1. 1Log in to your Shopify admin.
  2. 2Go to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit Code.
  3. 3Open the theme.liquid file.
  4. 4Paste the embed snippet just before the closing </body> tag.
  5. 5Click Save.

Wix

  1. 1Open the Wix Editor for your site.
  2. 2Click Add (+) → Embed Code → Custom Element or Embed a Widget.
  3. 3Switch to the Code tab and paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Position the element on your page (or use Wix Velo for site-wide injection).
  5. 5Publish your site.

Squarespace

  1. 1Log in to your Squarespace account.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
  3. 3In the Footer section, paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Click Save. The widget loads on every page.

GoDaddy Website Builder

  1. 1Open your GoDaddy Website Builder editor.
  2. 2Add an HTML section or block to your page.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet into the HTML code area.
  4. 4Click Done and publish your site.

Google Sites

  1. 1Open your Google Site in edit mode.
  2. 2Click Insert → Embed → Embed Code.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet and click Next → Insert.
  4. 4Resize or reposition the embed block as needed.
  5. 5Publish the site.

Webflow

  1. 1Open your Webflow project and go to Project Settings.
  2. 2Navigate to the Custom Code tab.
  3. 3In the Footer Code section, paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Click Save Changes and publish your site.

Joomla

  1. 1Log in to the Joomla admin panel.
  2. 2Go to Extensions → Templates → Templates.
  3. 3Select your active template and open the index.php file.
  4. 4Paste the embed snippet before the closing </body> tag.
  5. 5Save the file.

Drupal

  1. 1Log in to your Drupal admin.
  2. 2Go to Structure → Block layout.
  3. 3Add a new Custom Block (HTML) in the Footer region.
  4. 4Switch to Full HTML text format and paste the embed snippet.
  5. 5Save and place the block.

BigCommerce

  1. 1Go to Storefront → Script Manager in your BigCommerce admin.
  2. 2Click Create a Script.
  3. 3Set placement to Footer and scope to All Pages.
  4. 4Paste the embed snippet in the Script content box.
  5. 5Save.

Weebly

  1. 1Open the Weebly editor.
  2. 2Drag an Embed Code element onto your page.
  3. 3Click the element and paste the embed snippet in Edit Custom HTML.
  4. 4Publish your site.

Unbounce

  1. 1Open your Unbounce page in the builder.
  2. 2Click JavaScript at the bottom of the page.
  3. 3Set Placement to Before Body End Tag.
  4. 4Paste the embed snippet and save.
  5. 5Republish your landing page.

Framer

  1. 1Open your Framer project.
  2. 2Go to Site Settings → Custom Code.
  3. 3In the End of <body> tag section, paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Publish.

Duda

  1. 1Open your Duda website editor.
  2. 2Go to Site Settings → Head & Body Tags.
  3. 3In the Body End section, paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Save and republish.

Ghost

  1. 1Go to your Ghost admin → Settings → Code injection.
  2. 2In the Site Footer section, paste the embed snippet.
  3. 3Click Save.

Blogger

  1. 1Go to your Blogger dashboard.
  2. 2Navigate to Theme → Edit HTML.
  3. 3Find the closing </body> tag and paste the embed snippet just before it.
  4. 4Save the theme.

Tumblr

  1. 1Go to your Tumblr blog settings.
  2. 2Click Edit Theme → Edit HTML.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet before the closing </body> tag.
  4. 4Save.

Cargo

  1. 1Open your Cargo site editor.
  2. 2Go to Design → Global Settings → Custom Code.
  3. 3Add the embed snippet in the Footer section.
  4. 4Save and publish.

Yola

  1. 1Open the Yola site editor.
  2. 2Add an HTML element to your page.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet into the HTML editor.
  4. 4Save and publish.

LiveJournal

  1. 1Go to your LiveJournal custom CSS/HTML settings.
  2. 2Add a HTML/JavaScript widget module.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Save your journal settings.

Piwigo

  1. 1Log in to your Piwigo admin panel.
  2. 2Go to Plugins or edit your theme's template header/footer file.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet before </body>.
  4. 4Save.

Jigsy

  1. 1Open your Jigsy site editor.
  2. 2Add an HTML content block.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet.
  4. 4Save and publish.

IM Creator

  1. 1Open the IM Creator site editor.
  2. 2Add an HTML/Widget element to your page.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet in the code field.
  4. 4Publish your site.

HubSpot CMS

  1. 1Log in to your HubSpot account.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Website → Pages → Footer HTML.
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet in the Site Footer HTML field.
  4. 4Save.

Next.js / React

  1. 1Open your root layout file (e.g. app/layout.tsx or pages/_app.tsx).
  2. 2Add a <Script> component from next/script with strategy="afterInteractive".
  3. 3Set the src to the embed URL, or use dangerouslySetInnerHTML for the full tag.
  4. 4The widget will load on every page.

Plain HTML

  1. 1Open your HTML file in a code editor.
  2. 2Paste the embed snippet before the closing </body> tag.
  3. 3Save and upload to your web server.
